Sitting in cubicles all day and running the rat race has taken its toll on employees in the workplace. “Counselor Magazine” focuses on leadership, management, business operations, industry news, and analysis of trends. In the December 2019 issue, “Counselor Magazine” mentions Lasting Impressions and how we are changing what the typical business location might look like. The article features the industry’s coolest working places, putting Lasting Impressions in the spotlight.
The LI Team office is full of bright open spaces with a “swag room” rather than a typical conference room with inspired pieces from previous projects as decor instead of a cookie-cutter doom room. It gives the atmosphere a sense of fun, but also focus.
Lasting Impressions doesn’t have your typical break room. Instead, there is a dining area in open space with windows overlooking the view. It’s a great place to for employees to get together and talk, bond, and brainstorm, For a little more creative stimulation, the LI Team can duck into a room with shuffleboard, mini putt-putt, and even Jenga.
When “Counselor Magazine,” asked CEO Angela Chryplewicz about her inspiration for this innovative workspace she said, “Being in this industry, we tried to keep our space open to get those creative juices flowing! We love the casual environment our employees can enjoy while relaxing at lunch or taking a break to recharge.”
